Speaking from Experience

I’m Alice Lucken, a Nurse, Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Mum of 3.

My second child had awful reflux and we had no idea WHY!

We were told it was normal, he was gaining weight so nothing was wrong, but he was in so much discomfort and nobody in our family was happy.

I felt completely overwhelmed, isolated and exhausted and hated being a mum!

But it really didn’t need to be this way.

I now support other families, like mine, who don’t want the only option to be, ‘you just have to wait until it gets better!
