1:1 Consultations
Is Breastfeeding is painful? Are you worried your baby isn’t growing well enough? Does your baby cry and you just can’t settle them?
A 1:1 consultation will help identify the issues and alleviate your concerns.
Here's How it works
I offer face to face consultations in my locality, of Herefordshire and surrounding areas or video consultations if you are further afield.
Mileage is included if it’s within 20 miles, additional cost if further afield. Please contact before booking to discuss.
Consultations last between 1-1.5 hours and during this I will,
- Take a full history.
- Observe a feed (where necessary).
- Carry out necessary assessments, including a tongue function assessment (if indicated).
- Support you to make changes needed.
- Ensure you feel confident with what we have discussed and how to move forwards.
All consultations include:
- A copy of the notes from our session for your records, including any other useful resources or links.
- A follow up telephone call (of up to 15 minutes) Timing of the call will be arranged during the consultation.
- Two weeks of follow up support via text or email.
I also offer intensive support packages of 4 home visits if you want a longer period of support (online version also available). These also include a longer period of follow up support

All these things will enable you to make the decisions you want, and take your infant feeding or parenting journey in the direction you want to go!
If we identify that further support is needed then we will discuss if moving across to a support package is what’s right for you, or single follow up consultations are available at a reduced rate.
Prices:
Face to face- £75 (mileage included up to 20 miles, contact before booking to discuss if additional mileage cost)
Online- £60.
