An introduction to solids- a 2-hour online workshop aimed to bring you all you need to know about starting solids.

  • How and when to start
  • What they can have, what to avoid
  • How to cope with gagging/choking, reflux, allergies, fussy eating and more!
 

Lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Also includes a FREE copy of the Ready Steady Solids E-book, so you don’t need to take notes on the day and you have all the info you need at your fingertips!

Baby et Al  Workshops are designed to bring you what you really want to know! Our expectations and the reality of parenting are often not quite what we thought. These workshops will,

  • Bring you evidence-based information.
  • Increase your knowledge.
  • Increase your understanding about your little ones
  • Empower you to feel more confident as a parent.
